I don’t believe in doing the most, but I do believe in doing one thing well.
Bart Cookie Co. (yours truly) makes one signature chocolate chip cookie, baked fresh to order. It’s a simple, really good cookie, where its recipe was in the works for years, now meant to be enjoyed exactly as it.
Because sometimes, a cookie is enough.

Bart Cookie Co. is intentionally small. Our cookies are not baked ahead of time or kept sitting on shelves. They are made after you order, in small batches, on scheduled days.
